The operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.(JST). システムに登録いただいた情報は、奨学金支給業務のために利用されます。 この利用目的の適正な範囲内において、留学生の情報が、文部科学省、在籍学校、奨学金を振り込む金融機関及び奨学金支給業務委託先に必要に応じて提供されます。 なお、国費外国人留学生に係る業務においては、渡日または帰国時の航空券を手配する旅行代理店にも必要に応じて提供されます。 また、行政機関及び公益法人等から奨学金の重複受給の防止等のために照会があった場合は、適正な範囲内において留学生の情報が必要に応じて提供されます。 Privacy policy: The use of information registered in this system is limited to the payment of scholarship entitlements. Information about the scholarship student may be provided within appropriate limits to Monbukagakusho (MEXT), the student's university of affiliation, the financial institution to which funds are transferred, or the institution entrusted with the management of the scholarship. Regarding to Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho:MEXT) Scholarship, the information may also be provided as needed to travel agencies arranging flight tickets to and from Japan.
